Dvir is a reserve lieutenant colonel of the Israeli Navy SEALS, following a 25 years' service as an officer in various special operations in both combat and intelligence positions. In his last 10 years of services Dvir was leading and controlling special operations and cyber operations with 8200, brings a lot of operational experience and capabilities in managing complex situations. Dvir holds an M.A in Political science and national security and a B.A. in Business and Information Systems management.
