Over the course of over two decades, Moti Kristal has been an expert in negotiation and crisis management, combining business and public arena experience with the advancement and development of negotiation theory as an academic field.Since then, he has held several positions serving Defense Ministries and the Prime Minister in which he has been involved in political negotiations with Jordan and the Palestinians. Kristal’s expertise is in planning, designing and executing complex negotiation processes,building negotiation strategies and dealing with crisis negotiations.Adv. Kristal is a lecturer in Negotiation and Crisis Management at Reichman University and Tel Aviv University, as well as a professor at the International Business School of SKOLKOVO in Moscow.
