Rachel has a B.A. in Education and has rich experience in training, accompaniment, and consulting. As a special advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and the CEO of a government office, she connected and coordinated government department managers to the bureaus, including the crisis management unit in the Ministry of Agriculture. Her extensive knowledge of large organizations and governance issues provides a unique ability to handle Code Blue's clients, manage their success in the preparedness process and achieve high targets and goals.
