Rachel has a B.A. in Special Education and is a certified medic with rich experience in training, accompaniment, and consulting. As a special advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and the CEO of a Government office, she was connecting between and coordinating Government Department Managers to the bureaus, including the crisis management unit in the Ministry of Agriculture. Her extensive knowledge in large organizations and governance issues provides a unique ability to handle Bode Blue's clients, managing their success in the preparedness process and achieve high targets and goals.
